Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Kosice. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had well-equipped and huge rooms. The location was excellent - close enough to a nice river. There was an attached restaurant nearby.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were poorly trained.

I recently stayed at Rokoko for a few nights while exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with enough space for my needs. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist who went out of her way to assist me. I enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant terrace, where the food and service were both excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the area. I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Rokoko.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient Location and Excellent Service
This place is situated not too far from the downtown area, making it easy to get around. A major bonus was the free Wi-Fi available all over the premises 📶. the service provided here was top-notch and truly fantastic.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent - I got a comfortable and modern room with all the necessary amenities. The location next to the river was beautiful and it was easy to walk to the Old Town Centre. The staff treated me with kindness and were very helpful, especially Daniel at the reception.
Food for breakfast could have been better.
